Is it possible for me to view journal articles over the internet that we have in the library?
Answer
(If you have any trouble with the info below, please come by and see a librarian or call us at 336-750-2454)
Yes it is possible. Most of our journal collection is online. I recommend the resource Academic Search Premier, which contains thousands of full-text journal articles. It can be accessed through the library's website, however a direct link to the resource is below. Type in your topic, click search. Arrange your search results on the left side of the page (i.e. full-test articles, peer reviewed journals)
If you are off campus, you will be prompted for a username and a password. It is your WSSU email prefix (knelson108) and your password is your banner id number.

Detailed Instructions
1. Go to the Library Website (www.wssu.edu)
2. Click on Databases (Find Articles)
3. Choose a database search. Databases are arranged by subject, but if you want a specific database you can find it alphabetically by title. For example, Academic Search Premier is under the "A" section.
