The research database Business Source Premier has several articles on the topic. Below are instructions to get to the resource. Also, there is a link directly to articles from a search within Business Source Premier - searching for "soft skills" in article titles. When you open the link, click on "Academic Journals" in the top/middle of the screen to narror results to scholarly journals.
