The library building is closed until further notice. It is not possible to print at this time.
 
The following is in regards to normal operating procedure:

Library printers are designated RamsPrint1 (1st Fl. at Info Commons), RamsPrint2 (2nd Fl. outside Media Center) or RamsPrint3 (2nd Floor East, outside Room 206). You send jobs to them by choosing the printer, “RamsPrint-Follow-Me on wssuprsp.”

In your web browser (Chrome, Firefox or MS Edge), under the File menu, find the Print option. Look for the printer named RamsPrint-Follow-Me on wssupsrp. If you don’t see the printer name, slide the scroll bar at the bottom of this window so that the name is visible.

In MS Office, this option will appear under the File tab, then under the Print option, on the left. Under the print option, find the drop down under Printer. Click the drop down and find the printer named RamsPrint-Follow-Me on wssupsrp.

If you don’t see the printer name at all, the printer may be added by typing the following in the search box: \\wssupsrp\RamsPrint-Follow-Me
using the option Add Printer or Find Printer.

If you still can’t print, ask for help at Info Commons.
